EM/NCOs cuff-title of the 21st Waffen Mountain Division SS-Skanderbeg (1st Albanian); measures approximately 43.5cm (or 18 inches) in length, and is approximately 27mm (one inch) wide, machine woven, RZM pattern, black rayon cuff-title with machine embroidered "Skanderbeg” in silver/grey cotton threads. This textbook cuff-title is bordered at the top and bottom edges in horizontally woven, seven strands, in bright silver/aluminum cotton threads. In unworn condition, near mint.
