The card is for attendees of the participant’s party on the last day of the Olympic Games in Berlin in 1936, August 16. It took place in the Deutschland Hall. The card is named to Heinrich Forkert. The address field on the envelope simply states “im Hause” (on the premises), meaning Forkert was likely part of a German sports committee and his function was in organising part of the games.
