Footnote: Henery Addison Williams was born on January 22, 1898 in York County, Ontario. He was a resident of Toronto, Ontario when he signed his Attestation Paper (349039) with "C" Battery, Royal Canadian Horse Artillery in Kingston, Ontario, on April 19, 1916, at the age of 18, naming his next-of-kin as his mother, Lena Williams of Toronto, stating that he had no previous military service, that he was Single, that his religion was Methodist and that his trade was that of Driver.
