Germany, HJ. A Standard Issue Belt Buckle, by Klein & Quenzer

(HJ Koppelschloss). Constructed of silvered steel; the obverse with a standard HJ motif consisting of an eagle in the center, perched atop a HJ diamond that is surrounded by a serrated circular border with an inner and outer rope, and the HJ motto “Blut und Ehre” (German - Blood and Honour); the reverse with a standard soldered catch and a double-prong spring bar; marked “RZM M5/276” for “Klein & Quenzer, Oberstein an der Nahe” on the reverse; measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h); in overall near mint condition.
