Two Toronto Active Service Canteen Volunteer Worker Badges: in die-stamped brass with red enamels, measuring 42 mm (w) x 48.5 mm (h) each, horizontal pinbacks; Active Service Canteen Volunteer Worker Lapel Badge: in bronze gilt with red enamels, maker marked "BIRKS ELLIS" on the reverse, measuring 18.2 mm in diameter, horizontal pinback; a AWC of L Lapel Badge: in sterling silver, maker marked "BIRKS" and marked "STERLING" on the reverse, measuring 14.5 mm (w) x 20.2 mm (h), horizontal pinback; AWC of L Lapel Badge with "48" Badge: in sterling silver with red and navy blue enamels, maker marked "BIRKS" and marked "STERLING" on the reverse, measuring 14 mm (w) x 18.7 mm (h), vertical pinback, linked to a 7.8 mm (w) x 5.8 mm (h) silver number "48" badge with angular pinback via a 50 mm long chain; and BEESWA Lapel Badge: in sterling silver with red and blue enamels, maker marked "J.R. GAUNT" and marked "STERLING" on the reverse, measuring 9.3 mm (w) x 15.3 mm (h), vertical pinback. Extremely fine.
