Badge: in silver gilt with blue, white and red enamels, gilt centrepiece rings, painted obverse centrepiece, unmarked, measuring 52 mm (w) x 85.5 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, on its original full-length neck ribbon, obverse of the arm at 6 o'clock is glazed; and Breast Star: insignia in silver gilt with blue, white and red enamels, gilt centrepiece ring, painted centrepiece, marked "0.925" (silver) and maker marked with a conjoined "HF" (Huguenin Frères) on the pin, measuring 80.8 mm (w) x 83.5 mm (h), vertical pinback, intact enamels. Near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, marked "CB CABA II." (St. Sava 2nd Class) on the lid, maker marked "HUGUENIN FRERES & Co MEDAILLEURS LE LOCLE (SUISSE)" on the inside lid, raised platform with recessed medal beds for both the badge and star, lightly scuffed and soiled on the exterior, case very fine.
