Constructed of blackened aluminum; the obverse consisting of an upward pointing arrow with a broad ring at the base, inscribed “Für Leistungen der HJ” (German - For Proficiency in the HJ), with a mobile swastika centrally oriented between the ring; vertical pinback; maker marked “RZM M1/36” and numbered “71420” on the reverse; measuring 29.79 mm (w) x 51.44 mm (h); weighing 9.1 grams; in overall better than very fine condition.
