In bronze gilt with red, white and green enamels, measuring 50.7 mm (w) x 77.2 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, large rosette on its original triangular ribbon with hook and eye, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, Bulgaria coat-of-arms and inscribed "ОРД. ЗА ГРАЖД. ЗАСЛ. IV. СТ." on the lid, maker marked "Joh. Schwerdtner Wien" on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, light wear on the exterior, case near extremely fine.
