Germany, DJ. A German Youths Standard Issue Service Belt Buckle

(Deutsche Jugend Koppelschloss). Constructed of highly polished silvered bronze with a single DJ rune on the obverse of the buckle; the reverse with a standard catch and double-claw crossbar; measuring 53 mm (w) x 37 mm (h). The belt constructed of chocolate brown leather; with eight rows of double vertically oriented holes pierced into the separately stitched-on leather tab for length adjustment; measuring 860 mm (w) x 34 mm (h); in overall very fine condition.
