Constructed of gilt silver; the obverse inscribed with the crowned royal monogram of William within an open ended laurel wreath; the reverse inscribed “FÜR TREWUE DIENSTE” (German - For Loyal Services); on a double loop for suspension from its period original ribbon; measuring 33.54 mm (w) x 38.80 mm (h); weighing 11.4 grams; in overall near very fine condition.
