In silver, obverse illustrating the right-facing bust of Pope Pius X, inscribed in Latin "PIVS X" to the left and "PONT MAX" to the right, reverse illustrating St. Peter, inscribed in Latin "St." to the left and "PETRVS" to the right, engraver marked "S.J." (Stefano Johnson) to the right of St. Peter's left hand holding the key, measuring 31.5 mm in diameter, edge nicks, near extremely fine.
