In bronze, obverse illustrating the left-facing bust of Pope Leo XIII, inscribed in Latin "LEO XII" at the left and "PONT MAX" at the right, reverse illustrating St. Peter's Basilica in Rome, inscribed in Latin "CHIESA DI PIETRO" above and "ROMA" below, within a beaded border and an ornate framework, measuring 38.7 mm in diameter, edge nicks, bruised, contact marks, very fine.
