Medal for Manhood and Loyalty with Crossed Swords, 2nd Class, Type I (1878-1916) (in silvered bronze, measuring 26.5 mm (w) x 53 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, original ribbon); and Crusade Against Communism Medal 1941 (bronze, engraver marked "P. GRANT" on the obverse, measuring 31.8 mm in diameter, original ribbon). Together, very fine.
Footnote: The Medal for Manhood and Loyalty was instituted on November 3, 1903, with the designation for Swords being added on December 25, 1916. The Crusade Against Communism Medal was instituted on April 1, 1942.
