Germany, Imperial. A 1914 Renewal of the Iron Cross Silver Medal

(Eisernen Kreuzes erneuerung Medaillon). Constructed of silver with a “990” silver mark ; the obverse is inscribed with a leftward-facing profile of Kaiser Wilhelm II along with text of inspirational wartime speech, while reverse features richly detailed Iron Cross; unmarked; measuring 35 mm in diameter; in overall extremely fine condition.
