In sterling silver, with "U S" in Gold letters affixed to the shield, maker marked "P & B" (Paye & Baker, North Attleboro, Massachusetts), with each of the three characters inside a heart, and marked "STERLING" on the reverse, measuring 75.3 mm (w) x 15.2 mm (h), horizontal pinback, extremely fine.
