Medaglia al valore militare. Instituted in 1833. Type II (1887-1943). In bronze, maker marked "F.G" on the obverse, engraved "CAMURATI AGOSTINO" in the centre, surrounded by the engraved inscription "Km. 25 della ROTABILE oli TORTOSA - 7 APR. 1938 - XVI" on the reverse, measuring 33.5 mm in diameter, edge nicks, bruised, small crack evident in the bronze at 7 o'clock, fine.
