Constructed of multi-coloured, multi-piece cotton blend material in the style of the Imperial German tri-colour, with interior handwritten inscription partially reading “Für Erinnerung an der Kaiser Wilhelm-Spende… 8. Juni 1916” (“For remembrance of Kaiser Wilhelm’s donation… 8 June 1916”), unmarked, measuring 165.5 mm (w) x 121 mm (h) when folded, soiling of the exterior evident, in otherwise fine condition.
