Norway; Issued during the reign of King Haakon VII, named to Operations Manager at the Western Banks Berthelier (French) on May 27, 1907, signature of the Chancellor of the Order, Prime Minister Christian Michelsen in black ink, cream-coloured paper embossed seal of the Order of St. Olav affixed at the base, printed in black ink on an off-white paper stock, with personalized inscriptions in black ink, 215 mm (w) x 346 mm (h), horizontal fold mark in the centre, crease between the seal and the bottom edge, spotting, edge wear, very fine.
