Constructed of green felt backers looped through a dual zinc hanger, each topped with woven silver bullion wire bands, magnetic metal eyelet on each strap meeting buckle prong secured through oval-shaped silvered aluminum loop with decorative oak leaf wreath, sliding aluminum fasteners with oak leaf decorations complete buckle assemblies, each strap ends with functional, spring-loaded pebbled zink clip, measuring 279 mm long with straps 23 mm in width, in better than very fine condition.
