Order of Leopold - Knight’s Cross with War Decoration, in Gold and enamels, 31mm (x60mm including crown suspension), unmarked, of finest quality manufacture, circa 1860-1866, cross with superb bright enamels, with original period ribbon, in mint condition. Superb example of finest quality and top condition. An early cross, likely issued during The Austro-Prussian War of 1866; crosses of that period were issued unmarked and War decoration was plain without enamel. Rare in this condition. (AO1055)
