Instituted in 1889. Type II with the cypher of Tsar Boris III and no shield on the lion. In bronze gilt with red, white and green enamels, measuring 39 mm (w) x 50.3 mm (h) inclusive of its twenty year wreath suspension, intact enamels, on its original triangular ribbon with hook and eye, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, marked with the Imperial crown and inscribed " ЗА XX ГОД. / ОТЛИЧНА СЛУЖБА" on the lid, recessed medal bed, light soiling on the exterior and medal bed, case very fine.
