(SS Totenkopf-Mützenabzeichen). Instituted in 1925. (Issued 1925-1935). A cap badge consisting of skull and bones, constructed of aluminum, the reverse missing its two prongs, unmarked, measuring 32.17 mm (w) x 28.37 mm (h), in overall good condition.
