Germany, Heer. A Standard Issue EM/NCO’s Belt Buckle, by Richard Sieper & Söhne

(Heer Koppelschloss). Constructed of olive-drab painted magnetic metal, the obverse with a raised field depicting a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a mobile swastika in its talons, surrounded by the inscription “GOTT MIT UNS” (God with Us) at the top, with a partial oak wreath at the bottom, the reverse plain, with a soldered catch, and a standard dual-prong spring bar, marked “R. S. & S.” for “Richard Sieper & Söhne”, measuring 62 mm (w) x 47 mm (h), in overall extremely fine condition.
