Accompanied by a Plaque for Swedish Surveillance Contribution in Korea (in bronze gilt, obverse illustrating the Swedish Armed Forces insignia above the inscription "SVENSKA ÖVERVAKNINGSKONTINGENTEN KOREA", reverse illustrating a map of Korea, with eleven place names (five in the north: Sinanju, Sinuiju, Manpo, Chongjin, Hungnam; five in the south: Kunsan, Inchon, Kangnung, Taegu, Pusan; and Panmunjom with the 38th parallel north marked) and engraver marked "SPORRONG", measuring 60.7 mm (w) x 90.7 mm (h)).
