Germany, Luftwaffe. A Private Wartime Photo Album Showing Different Soldiers, With Göring At State Funeral

The album has an aluminum Luftwaffe eagle on the cover, as well as the inscription “my term of service - memories”. It includes pictures of different soldiers of lower ranks, from what looks like basic training to wartime service. There are also photos of a public state funeral, one of which shows Göring marching down the street. On the last page there is an officer, presumably a Lieutenant, wearing a Front Flying Clasp, a Paratrooper Badge, and an Iron Cross 2nd Class ribbon. The album measures 317 (w) x 227 (h) mm, with light scuffing and minimal warping of the cover, remaining very fine. The photos remain in very fine to extremely fine condition.
