(Drittes Reich Schulterklappen). A pair of Second War period shoulder boards, including a Kriegsmarine Ordnance Oberfeldwebel board, constructed of dark blue wool with a reinforced cardboard core, trimmed by a band of magnetic gold bullion wire, bearing two silvered bronze rank pips and a single gilded bronze anchor, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 108 mm (l), in good condition, and; a Reichsfinanzverwaltung (Customs Service) Zollassistent shoulder board, constructed of green wool bearing four bands of silver aluminum bullion wire interlaced with green thread, with a single bronze rank pip and stylized bronze “RFV” insignia, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 100 mm (l), in very fine condition.
