Germany, Heer. An Army NCO’s Visor Cap Wreath and Cockade by Deschler & Söhn

(Heer Schirmmützen Kranz mit Kokade). A visor cap constructed of silvered feinzink in the shape of an open-ended oak wreath, composed of four upward facing leaves on each side, with acorns and a ribbon tied at the bottom centre, with a tri-colour cockade placed in the centre of the wreath, marked with “1” on reverse indicating manufacturer Deschler & Söhn, measuring 63 mm (w) x 39 mm (h), missing one prong, but in overall very fine condition.
