A set of East German Generaloberst (Colonel General) shoulder boards constructed in gold celleon (nylon) cords with aluminum inner braid with three, small matte silver-coloured rank pips, meeting a gilt button, all on a red wool backing, measuring 39 mm (w) x 100 mm (h), and in near mint condition.
