Germany, Waffen-SS. A Camouflage Helmet Cover

(Tarnüberzug für Helm). A reversible camouflage helmet cover, constructed of multi-coloured cotton-blended fabric, one side of the cover features a predominantly green mottle, while the reverse bears a predominantly brown pattern, each side bears six embroidered cotton loops for the attachment of foliage, the cover has three rocker clips, with two at the sides and one at the rear, the cover is unmarked and measures approximately 183 mm (h) x 350 mm (l), minimal fraying of stitching, and in better than extremely fine condition.
