A group of First War period badges, including a black grade Wound Badge, constructed of blackened magnetic metal, the obverse with a central Stahlhelm (Steel Helmet) on a pebbled field, superimposed on crossed swords and within a wreath of laurel leaves with a tied bow at the bottom, vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in very fine condition; a veteran’s fencing badge, constructed of gilded bronze, maker marked “HCH. Timm, Berlin” on reverse, pinback missing, measuring 29 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in very fine condition; a 1914 Iron Cross Second Class miniature, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 20 mm (w) x 24 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; a 1914 Iron Cross pendant, on loop for suspension, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, measuring 25 mm in diameter, in very fine condition, and; a 1914 Iron Cross stick pin, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, unmarked, measuring 11 mm (w) x 11 mm (h) with a 57 mm-long needle, in very fine condition.
