(Verwundetenabzeichen in Gold). Constructed of gilded magnetic metal, obverse depicts a Stahlhelm (Steel Helmet) on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field with laurel branch wreath, maker marked on reverse “J.R.G.M.”, reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, measuring 39.49 mm (w) x 42.26 mm (h), weighing 9.9 grams, in extremely fine condition.
