This booklet is entitled "The Kaiser's Kalendar for 1915 or The Dizzy Dream 0f Demented Willie" and was published by The Daily Express in 1915, as a propganda tool, to display the disdain the English had for the Germans during the Great War. It features fifteen caricatures of Kaiser Wilhelm II having a dream of what it would be like after he conquered England and how he would "Germanize" the country and then him waking up and realizing it was all dream. Pages three through fourteen have the months of the year in succession, with side panels listing important dates and persons in British history. It comes with a very disturbing and haunting disclaimer on the inside front cover stating "The Daily Express warns purchasers not to send these Calandars to Troops at the Front, as the Germans have been known to kill prisoners on whom they have found caricatures of the Kaiser." It pronounces the cost of the booklet in two locations on the front cover as "Price: ONE PENNY", with all sixteen pages printed in black ink on a thick newsprint stock and a footnote on the back cover stating "Printed and Published by The Daily Express (1908) Ltd., at 23, Bridgestreet. London, E.C." The cover has separated from the body of the booklet, the single staple holding the remainder of the booklet together, slight staining overall but remains a terrific World War I collectible, in fine condition.
