An extensive First and Second War period medal ribbon bar featuring four decorations, including a 1914 Iron Cross Second Class, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, presenting as a Cross Pattée with a blackened magnetic iron core within a silver border, obverse with central raised “W”, with a Prussian imperial crown on the upper arm and raised reinstitution date of “1914” on the lower arm, reverse with central raised oak leaves, with a Prussian imperial crown on the top arm and initial institution date of “1813” on the lower arm, measuring 43.51 mm (w) x 44.11 mm (h), in very fine condition; a War Merit Cross Second Class with Swords, constructed of bronze, presenting as a Maltese Cross with crossed swords piercing its centre, obverse with central mobile swastika inside an oak leaf wreath, reverse with central date of “1939” inside an oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 47.36 mm (w) x 47.32 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a Hamburg Hanseatic Cross, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, presenting as a Cross Pattée with red enameled arms, obverse with central silvered Hamburg insignia, reverse with raised inscription of “Für Verdienst im Kriege, 1914” (“For Service in War, 1914”), unmarked, measuring 40.10 mm (w) x 40.01 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; an Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, maker marked “PS” on reverse, measuring 37.64 mm (w) x 37.24 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a Wehrmacht 12-Year Long Service Medal, constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 29.96 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition, and; a Wehrmacht 4-Year Long Service Medal, constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 30.06 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
