Constructed of silvered tombak, presenting as an oval oak leaf wreath, with central Wehrmacht-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, on top of a crossed bayonet and stick grenade, the reverse with a ball hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 42.78 mm (w) x 53.21 mm (h), weighing 24.7 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
