Italy, Kingdom. An Africa Corps General's Shoulder Board Pair

Each upper in die-stamped silver, incorporating a wavy pattern throughout, with a raised border on all five sides, frosted silver crowned Army eagle insignia affixed to the upper, button bearing a trophy of arms at the neck end on the obverse and maker marked "CORINALDI & RIZZI MILANO" on the reverse, the button held in position via a screwpost and securing the shoulder strap on the underside, the sides, underside and shoulder straps in red wool, the opposite end of the shoulder strap secured in place by a brass pin, measuring 63.5 mm (w) x 128.5 mm (h) each, extremely fine.
