A medal bar featuring two decorations, including an Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse with central dates of “1914-1918” inside an oak leaf wreath, the reverse maker marked “CW”, measuring 37 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in extremely fine condition, and; a Silesian Eagle, constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon, the obverse consisting of a Silesian eagle in black enamels with silvered feathering, overlaid with a crescent and cross, its talons clutching a banner inscribed “FÜR SCHLESIEN” (“FOR SILESIA”), the reverse maker marked with the logo of Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid, measuring 32 mm (w) x 49 mm (h), in better than very fine condition; set on a bar measuring 73 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), horizontal pinback, in very fine condition.
