In sterling silver with the letters "U S" in Gold affixed to the shield, second type arched "A. JOHNSON CO. 14-16 CHURCH ST. N.Y." maker mark and marked "STERLING" on the reverse, measuring 72.5 mm (w) x 16.5 mm (h), horizontal pinback, very light contact, near extremely fine.
