A red enameled Anchor Cross in silver, with obverse superposing by ornamented patterns together with a central Croatian coat of arms in silver, reverse lettering 10. IV. 1942 ZA ZASLUGE 1942, measuring 26.68 mm (w) x 28.42 mm (h - including integral ring suspension), with strong toned silver, suspending by ornamented loop suspension on an original Ladies ribbon with pinback, very good.

Dr. Goodwin had a successful career as an educator and prominent physician in New York as well as actively serving in both World Wars with the United States Medical Corps.
