Germany, Heer. A German Army EM/NCO Belt Buckle, c.1940

(Heer Koppelschloss). A German Heer belt buckle constructed of stamped steel, painted field grey, presenting an eagle standing upon a mobile swastika encircled by the inscription GOTT MIT UNS (GOD IS WITH US) above and a wreath of oak leaves and acorns below, with brown leather tab, maker marked for Noelle & Hueck of Lüdenscheid and dated 1940, measuring 63 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), and in good condition.
