Constructed of silvered zinc, consisting of an oak and laurel wreath, the obverse bearing a Luftwaffe-style German national eagle clutching a hand-filed mobile swastika, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, two rivets holding eagle in place visible, measuring 65.64 mm (w) x 53.30 mm (h), weighing 36.5 grams, loosening of the eagle evident, otherwise in very fine condition.
