A group of four, first pattern Arbeitsbücher (Labour Books), constructed of brown cardstock, presenting the national eagle and title on the exterior cover, each containing thirty-two pages, one issued to postal-worker Hans Kelm (b. 13 June 1890) on 19 May 1936 in Berlin, one issued to Kraftfahrer (Driver) Erich Andreas (b. 20 July 1906) on 29 May 1936 in Luckenwalde, one issued to Wilhelmine Müller (b. 2 May 1895) on 23 November 1935 in Wuppertal, and one issued to Agnes Stochniol (b. 30 October 1922) on 5 April 1937 in Hindenburg, each measuring approximately 10.6 cm (w) x 14.9 cm (h), and range in conditions from good to near very fine.
