(Mitgliedsabzeichen). A round, silver medal, the obverse inscribed MILITAIR-VEREIN BORNA (MILITARY ASSOCIATION BORNA), also inscribed GEGRÜNDET D.15. APRIL 1853 (FOUNDED ON 15 APRIL 1853), presenting military symbols, surmounted by an imperial crown, the reverse unmarked, measuring 28.82 mm (w) x 39.01 mm (h), presenting period repairs to the loop, on loop for suspension from period original triangular ribbon on a metal backing with horizontal pinback, marked GES. GESCH., and in good condition.
