Constructed of gilded zink, consisting of an eight-pointed radiant star, the obverse depicting a six-leaved rosette, surrounded by a laurel wreath tied together at the bottom via a ribbon, surrounded by a ribbed border, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback, unmarked, measuring 49.85 mm (w) x 49.63 mm (h), weighing 21.9 grams, missing its catch, otherwise in very fine condition.
