A group of personal effects to White Army émigré Oleg Cersky, including a prisoner of war commemorative wood case, the obverse lid with a hand-carved Cyrillic inscription of “ПАМЯТ-ПЛѢНА” (“IN MEMORY OF CAPTIVITY”) alongside dates “1914-1915” and “1916” with floral designs, opening with a functional hinge, unmarked, measuring 168 mm (w) x 228 mm (l) x 44 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition, accompanied by an identification card, dated 29 October 1925, named to Oleg Cersky, issued by the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes, the obverse with a black and white studio portrait of the uniformed bearer wearing a badge of the Poltava Cadet Corps of Peter the Great, measuring 67 mm (w) x 89 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition, and; a regimental card, measuring 106 mm (w) x 62 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
