Württemberg, Kingdom. An Order of Friedrich, Case of Issue

(Friedrichs-Orden Etui). Instituted on 1 January 1830. A period original case, constructed of heavy cardstock with faux blue leather exterior, with embossed designs on exterior lid, interior red satin-type lid liner with gold stamp of Württemberg’s coat of arms, with intact hinge cover, missing the removable recessed felt medal bed, functional magnetic metal spring catch with exterior stud release, functional magnetic metal hinge, measuring 60 mm (w) x 90 mm (l) x 18 mm (h), and in near extremely fine condition.
