(SA Treffen Braunschweig Abzeichen). Constructed of zink, vertical pinback, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, tied together at the bottom by a bowtie, topped by a SA-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, with a central inscription of “SA TREFFEN BRAUNSCHWEIG 17. OKTOBER 1931”, the reverse with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M1/35” for Wächtler & Lange, Mittweida, measuring 36.52 mm (w) x 52.00 mm (h), weighing 16.0 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
