(Verdienstkreuz in Silber mit 70 Jubiläumszahl). Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with 70th anniversary clasp, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, both the front and reverse bearing a central medallion with the monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the centerpiece maker marked “H” with a silver content number of “938”, measuring 41.07 mm (w) x 42.18 mm (h), weighing 18.6 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
