A pair of Prussian State Railway long service badges, including a 25 year badge, constructed of silver, the obverse consisting of a spoked wheel flanked by richly-detailed wings, within a laurel wreath and above a plaque with a number “25”, topped by a royal crown, the reverse with a horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked “JOH. WAGNER & SOHN, Berling N.W.” with a silver content number of “900” and a crescent moon and crown indicating German manufacture, measuring 56.20 mm (w) x 42.88 mm (h), weighing 10.7 grams, in near extremely fine condition, and; a 40 year badge, constructed of silvered bronze, of identical appearance with the exception of a plaque bearing a number “40”, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 56.20 mm (w) x 43.06 mm (h), weighing 6.3 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
