A pair of Second War period Wehrmacht decorations, including an Eastern Front Medal, constructed of feinzink, on loop for suspension, obverse bearing a central Wehrmacht-style German national eagle clutching a swastika, topped by a Stahlhelm (Steel Helmet) and stifck grenade, reverse with raised inscription “WINTERSCHLACHT IM OSTEN 1941/1942” (“WINTER BATTLE IN THE EAST 1941/1942”), unmarked, measuring 36 mm (w) x 44 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition, and; a War Merit Cross Second Class, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension, unmarked, measuring 48 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in very fine condition.
