Germany, Luftwaffe. A Flak Badge

(Flak-Kampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe). Constructed of silvered feinzink, consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, topped by a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, with a Flak 88 facing towards the top right and extending past the edge of the wreath, the reverse with a ball hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 46.43 mm (w) x 65.38 mm (h), weighing 40.7 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
